Are the nine listed on the cast page the only ones that will appear as actual characters in the story itself, or will there be other minor ones outside of flashbacks or bit appearances?

there are minor ones, but the nine you see on the character page are the main ones.
i'm going to update the character page with minor characters eventually

Well, once you introduce more than just Ms. Davenport in the flashbacks there, heh.
It feels funny coming back to this thread, especially since you answered all my current questions about this a few hours ago in conversation, heh.
